Though located less than a mile from downtown Boston and Logan Airport, Drydock Center rents are a fraction of rents in comparable buildings in comparably strategic central Boston locations such as Kendall Square in Cambridge and the Longwood Medical Center in Boston.
Suburban buildings may have competitive rents to Drydock
Center but rarely do these suburban buildings compare in infrastructure to
Drydock Center and certainly their locations are not strategically comparable
to Drydock Center.
Ask our tenants for confirmation; they are our best testament. Dana Farber, Immunetics, SatCon, Tenebraex, Smiths Detection - all prominent high tech firms - have saved tens of thousands of rent dollars by relocating to, expanding in and extending leases at Drydock Center.
